David CP Harrison

Painting, sculpture

My art, both sculpture and painting, is a process of discovery. A journey of reciprocity ensues until the final work emerges, revealing the stories and shapes held within our Cornish heritage, landscape and wild weather, be it stone, steel or paint. All my work is, unique and one-of-a-kind. Each strike of the stone, bend of the steel or mark of the paint is expressive, so the outcome is never fully determined beforehand. This yields interesting, varied and unusual pieces of art.
