My name is Kristiāna Doroščonoka, and I am an illustrator from Rīga, Latvia, currently living by the Cornish fields in the UK. I am also known as Kriksis on the internet.

I completed an MA in Children’s Book Illustration at the Cambridge School of Art in 2021, and recently I achieved one of my dreams—self-publishing a non-fiction book about birds called “Birds in Colour.” (2024)

I plan to publish more books in the future and document my journey on YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/@kriksis) and Patreon.(https://www.patreon.com/c/kriksis) I also run a small art business. (https://kriksis.art/)

DIRECTIONS
From Helston follow A3083 towards the Lizard. Follow signs to St. Keverne onto B3293. Turn left to St. Martin/Helford, follow the road round, go up a steep hill, turn right down tarmac lane. Follow the lane down past a big barn till you come to a gravel car park and a blue fence.
