Growing up in the South West of England, the Limestone quarries and regional geology was formative in my upbringing. After graduating from Goldsmiths College London, I pursued a career in textiles working for large corporate companies before carving stone became the natural medium for my artistic expression, I particularly exploring the potential and diversity of British stone.
My current practice draws on my knowledge gained as a sculptor and lettering artist,  I have been exploring lettering forms in a calligraphic and sculptural context, my sculptural work is also influenced by botanical structures and geological forces.
I exhibit with the Lettering Arts Trust and other galleries nationally. For Open studios I will be showing work in my studio gallery and woodland garden, Come and say hello.
Workshops offered. Please contact me for more information.

I draw my inspiration from the Cornish landscape and think of my work as poetic and sensual: visual conversations.
