Painting
As a figurative artist I am predominatly interested in working directly from life or 'en plein air' taking inspiration from the landscape around me - in particular the rivers and creeks of the fal estuary and the coastal peninsula of the Roseland. I work in oils and watercolours responding to the movement of light and water trying to capture the feel of a place through energetic loose brushwork. In the studio I paint portraits, still life and floral subjects, and enjoy the challenge of exploring structure through colour and tone.

There is level access to the front door. 3 Low steps if using path to back of house and back door. Steps in garden and to ceramics studio.
