I create handmade pottery inspired by the rugged beauty of the Cornish coast and countryside. Each piece is unique, combining texture, form and subtle glazes that reflect the natural surroundings.
Once again, I am thrilled to be joining artist Caroline Marwood in her gorgeous gardens at Tresithney, Bowl Rock for this year's Open Studios event and look forward to welcoming visitors and chatting about all things ceramic.
Workshops offered.
Taster Throwing Workshops
Ever fancied trying to throw your own pot on a pottery wheel? Now's your chance with these 1.5hr taster sessions designed for the absolute beginner at my home studio in Carbis Bay. (125 Polwithen Drive TR262SW).
Suitable for up to two people, you will have the opportunity to use a traditional Leach kick wheel and an electric wheel, both good fun but very different experiences.
£55 per person. These special workshops will be held on Tuesday 26th and Thursday 28th May. Various times available. Click on the link below for more details.
If you can't make these dates, my normal offering of half day workshops are available throughout the year.
Feel free to get in touch if you need further information.
