My art is about those moments when you feel stuck or out of sorts—and finding your way back to feeling like yourself again.
I trained as a professional dancer, which taught me how physical movement connects to emotional shifts. That relationship between body and feeling shapes everything I make.
I work in both abstract and semi-abstract styles. The abstract pieces are intuitive—led by color, texture, and mark-making, following what feels right. The semi-abstract work features figures whose gestures and postures capture the messy, layered reality of being human.
Each painting starts with expressive, gestural marks and then gets refined over time. I'm drawn to materials you can feel—thick paint, torn paper, scratched surfaces, metallic accents—building up tactile layers that map emotion.
Ultimately, my work is about shifting from feeling stuck to feeling present. From noise to clarity. From constraint to breathing room.

Take the turning for Trink Dairy, off the B3301. Go past the driveway for Trink and follow the road round to the left, into Trencrom. Arcadia is on the left after The Count House.
We are currently building so please be aware of this - the studio is at the back of the plot (about 50m in) so you may need to cross a bit of uneven ground to get to it. We will make the pathway as accessible as possible.
