Sophie Fordham

Ceramics, mixed media, printmaking

My surroundings, people, wildlife and the stories that surround these aspects of my life, and those that reflect our culture and natural environment, inspire and motivate my work.

I have a fine art printmaking degree, thirty years printmaking experience, and I teach general art and printmaking privately and through Cornwall Adult Education.

I make mixed media paintings, prints and ceramics that celebrate and explore my sense of place and highlight the unseen and unsaid in our daily lives.
