Sue Proudfoot Cann Orchard studio

Painting

My paintings I hope will connect with all those who love light, colour, coast and countryside. I work mainly in oils, responding to a deep love for our Cornish landscape, villages. cliffs and beaches.

I mostly paint plein air, often just with palette knife. Occasionally I indulge in more studio time, giving more considered responses to subjects, creating refined deeper paintings with my love of vibrant colour and kinetic mark making.

I host weekly group sessions of amateur artists in my lovely field studio.

Workshops offered. Please contact me for more information.
