My work is rooted in the limineal realms, often inhabited with nature spirits or strange vistas from the old fairy tales. A lot is shaped by the work I do as a herbalist, medicine maker, drum maker and dream weaver. I work with acrylic inks on rawhide and pyrography on leather, searching into the spirit of the shape I make and bringing its essential form into being. I also work with egg tempera on large boards taking advantage of the layering and depth of colour of this special medium as well as the ability to create and grind my own pigments and colours all reflecting this earth centric other than human approach.

Our offshoot of gwavas lane is opposite sea view terrace. By car we are best accessed through the estate from the top of the Chywoone Hill
Our offshoot of Gwavas lane is opposite Sea View terrace. There is on site space for 2 cars and parking on the main Gwavas lane. By car we are best accessed through the estate from the top of the Chywoone Hill. If you have a very large or low vehicle, or you don't like driving up the lane, it may be easier to park on the main road at the bottom of lane, or you can use the public car park down the hill by the red lion pub. The studio is accessed by several large low steps down to the front door.
