Hilary Bunting

Hilary Bunting is a resident potter at Flookan Ceramics Studio in St Austell, specialising in wheel-thrown stoneware. Inspired by the surrounding Cornish coastline, her work features unique, food-safe glazes and carefully considered forms. Hilary works with a variety of stoneware clay bodies to create functional pieces for everyday use. Alongside her own practice, she teaches wheel-throwing at Flookan Ceramics. After discovering pottery four years ago through an evening class, Hilary made the decision to pursue ceramics full-time.
