Tony Minnion lives and works as an artist in Redruth and paints and draws the nearby rugged North Coast of Cornwall capturing the energy and primal forces of the Coastal landscape. Drawn to the cliff edges and plummeting drops his vigorous and expressive contemporary paintings portray this dramatic landscape with free flowing bold strokes and heightened colour. He has worked from his studio in Krowji for the last 18 years and his paintings, drawings and screen prints are well respected, popular and affordable.
'Paintings for The People!'
At Open Studios Tony sells a number of paintings and drawings at a greatly reduced rate to ensure his work is available to all who appreciate it, especially those that can't usually afford to buy original artwork.

When you get to Krowji make your way to the Science Block following the on site signage. The Science Block has two studios open for visitors this year - W06 Tony Minnion and W07 Martin Baister - both landscape artists with different but complimentary approaches. We look forward to welcoming you.
